Inventory available youth services to identify bright spots and gaps in services

Scope of Work

Questionnaire for all youth-serving agencies in Monterey County that serves as an inventory of programs and agencies that support youth and children in our county. Agencies are asked about specific programs and the number of youth served

The purpose of this questionnaire is to:

  • Update descriptive information related to youth and children services in the county. This information will be made available through 2-1-1
  • Update the 2019-2022 Strategic Plan for the Community Alliance for Safety and Peace (CASP). This plan will be available online in 2019
  • Share this information with community initiatives and community based organizations to increase our knowledge and understanding of the supply and demand of existing services for youth, and to inform our work accordingly
  • Promote learning communities of best practices and shared resources for service providers

  • By September 1, 2018 (end of Youth Leadership Academy internship) send survey out to all agencies
  • By November 2018 find a way to continue this work

Utilize interns and project sponsor staff to inventory all of the youth agencies on this list (and more!) via email, phone and in-person meetings.
